The Kalliste's foam core design creates a unique profile where by your paddle enters and exits the water smoothly and effortlessly while adding buoyancy for a lighter feeling stroke. The dihedral face of the paddle blades offers the touring kayaker smooth forward strokes and reduces fatigue. Like most other Werner paddles, the Kalliste has an sdjustable ferrule system which allows elegant adjustment of feathering angle from 0 - 75 right or left in 15 increments.If you are ready to step up to premium performance, the Kalliste in carbon is the natural progression. The Kalliste is offered in both the straight shaft or bent shaft models. It comes in a two piece design for compactability and ease of travel along with storage.Drip rings help keep hands and lap dry. Weight: 25 oz.
